Following a call to Service24h, 90% of vehicles are repaired at the roadside. If you have a Euro VI Truck with a complete service contract, in the unlikely event that your vehicle is not repaired within 24 hours and you require a replacement vehicle; we'll replace it like-for-like or provide financial rental equivalent. We stop at nothing to keep you moving.
Does Zero Tolerance on Downtime cover all MB and FUSO Trucks?
All Euro VI Mercedes-Benz and FUSO Trucks's are covered, with the exception of all wheel drive or with Off Highway Sales Code V0T and provided the vehicle has an active complete service contract and does not have any extreme specialist bodywork such as mixers or concrete pumps.
What do I need to do if my vehicle breaks down?
In the UK, customers should contact Service24h on 00800 5777 7777. Then, on arrival at the workshop, we will check that the vehicle qualifies for Zero Tolerance on Downtime and your complete service contract is still active. If your vehicle is going to be off the road for more than 24 hours and you require a replacement vehicle we will offer either a temporary replacement. Alternatively you can source a rental replacement and submit the invoice to a dealer to be paid.
Does Zero Tolerance on Downtime cover me for all eventualities?
Zero Tolerance on Downtime applies to all repairs that are covered by R&M and Warranty.
Does this only apply to S24h breakdowns or does it cover workshop repairs/non S24h attendance?
Zero Tolerance on Downtime only applies to vehicles recovered via Service24h.
Will the replacement vehicle be completely free?
Yes. If the your situation requires a replacement vehicle then it will be completely free. Zero Tolerance on Downtime is our exclusive commitment to getting our customers back on the road and keeping their business moving.

The only T’s & C’s are that the offer applies only to Euro VI on-road, factory standard vehicles with an active complete service contract that do not have any extreme specialist bodywork.
